Caroline Niette

Estimating Coordinator

Caroline comes from Shreveport, Louisiana, where she grew up engaging in a variety of outdoor activities including soccer, competitive cheerleading, and barrel racing. Her father was a chef for 25 years, so she grew up cooking and enjoying being in the kitchen. Naturally, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes and cooking Cajun dishes for friends.

Caroline lives in Bird Rock which is a community located within the lines of La Jolla in San Diego, California. She loves spending time at the beach and visiting the San Diego Zoo, where she holds an annual pass. She is also an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and has been recognized for her contributions to the San Diego chapter.

Caroline is half Native American and a proud member of the Adai Caddo Indian Tribe. Her enthusiasm for the construction industry is evident, with over four years of experience, particularly in the glazing sector. She is eager to transition into general contracting and bring her estimating and software expertise to Eleven Western Builders. Caroline looks forward to contributing to our team and continuing her involvement with NAWIC, fostering a supportive community for women in construction.

In her leisure time, Caroline enjoys walks on the beach, patio lunches, and watching the sunset over the ocean with her significant other. Oh, and when it comes to food, she loves sushi and won’t ever turn down a good medium-rare steak and sushi. We are excited to see the energy and expertise Caroline will bring to her new role.
