Frank Ramos

Frank Ramos grew up between Honduras and Riverside, California, where sports like soccer and volleyball were a big part of his life. Today, he calls Victorville, CA home and enjoys spending his free time with family, relaxing at home, and exploring the outdoors on his bike in the open desert.

Frank also has a strong passion for his work. His days typically start with a morning huddle with the on-site team, followed by reviewing checklists, coordinating from the office, and ensuring quality control across the jobsite. He’s known for tackling challenges head-on, solving problems quickly, and keeping projects on track from start to finish.

With a background in carpentry, field supervision, and project management, Frank brings valuable hands-on experience to every build. His dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things right make him a strong asset to the EWB team.
