John Holding

John Holding was born in Vietnam and left on one of the last boats after the war, eventually making his way to Singapore before settling in Arizona in 1985. He now spends his time at home relaxing and working on his own remodeling projects, with three spoiled dogs keeping him company.

John's construction career spans over two decades, beginning in 2000 as a painting contractor before moving into residential remodeling through his own business. He transitioned into commercial construction in 2009, taking on superintendent work in Phoenix before moving on to a company in Missouri where he ran Walmart remodels and expansions, along with disaster recovery projects restoring properties damaged by floods and fires. He brings a broad and well-traveled background to EWB.
