Jolene Arispe

Jolene began her EWB journey in 2021 as a Project Engineer. Her previous work experience consisted of a PC role, a Field Engineer role, and she also worked in Estimating. She was born and raised in Oceanside, California and has remained in San Diego County all her life. She jumped around between San Marcos and Vista but eventually found her way back to Oceanside, where she lives today.

When she isn’t hard at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking walks on the beach, going for relaxing drives, and of course… karaoke nights! She’s also quite the competitor, so watch out. Whether it’s karaoke or corn hole, she’s ready.

P.S., if she says something like “I’ve never played that before”, she’s likely hustling you and I encourage you to not go easy on her.

Her favorite food is gnocchi and her favorite place to be is “by the water”. A typical day for Jolene begins with coffee. No exceptions. Then, it’s pet playtime before she heads to work. To finish the day, she usually spends the evening with family and sports of some kind.
