Manuel Leyva

Superintendent

Manuel was born in Santa Barbara and raised in Ventura County, where he grew up playing sports, fishing, and collecting classic cars. His career in construction began early, working alongside his father at around 12 years old. With more than 35 years of experience spanning industrial, commercial, residential, airport, and school projects, he brings a deep and versatile background to the team.

Manuel now lives in Diamond Bar, California. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, exploring new places to eat, and spending time in nature. He loves to entertain, has a passion for BBQ, and feels most at home near the water, whether it’s the ocean or a lake. His favorite foods range from In-N-Out to seafood, and he’ll never pass up chocolate or candy.

Manuel describes himself as someone who doesn’t mince words, carries a good sense of humor, and stays rooted in what matters most: family, faith, and country. He is a proud family man and grateful for the continued guidance of his father who, at 95 years old, remains a mentor and role model.
