Randy Peterson is one of our newest Project Managers at Eleven Western. He was born in Texas, raised in the central valley of California, spent ten years in Austin and Fort Worth Texas, and now lives in Phoenix, AZ where he's lived for the past two and a half years. Away from work, Randy enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, sport shooting, cooking, and barbequing. Here’s a quick intro from Randy:

“I actually started on my career path in high school with a couple of cabinetmaking classes. My goal was to start my own cabinet shop. After graduation I worked for several shops, and then became a finish carpenter, finally running my own business.

I mainly worked for a small startup GC and after a few years he asked me to work for him as a superintendent. This led to other opportunities and over time I became a project manager.

I've held many roles over my career and gained valuable knowledge and experience throughout my journey. I'm excited to continue this journey with Eleven Western Builders. Looking back, I consider myself to be a pretty lucky man.

I've been married for 32 years and have two married children. The newest addition to our family is our first grandson who celebrated his 1st birthday last week. We're fortunate to be in Phoenix surrounded by family.

I'm passionate about two things: finding a better way to get better results, and passing on to others, things that I've learned over the years.”
