Ryan Steed is EWB's newest superintendent. He's from Poway, California and some of his previous work has been in affiliation with the US Navy and other DOD contractors.

A typical workday for Ryan goes as follows:

"I spend most mornings catching up with subs, outlining expectations, and coordinating work between trades etc. Throughout the day, I'll walk a job and host various meetings as required. Towards the end of the day, I'll follow up with subs and make sure there are no critical issues or questions that need to be addressed."

For fun, he works with livestock to prepare for fairs and jackpots around the area. He also enjoys fishing, going on road trips and exploring the new locations he gets to experience as a traveling superintendent. His favorite place to be is in the field, building the future for our clients and his favorite food is Texas Roadhouse.
