Shayne Martella

Meet Shayne Martella, Estimating Coordinator for Eleven Western Builders, Inc. Shayne grew up in Gilbert, Arizona, where he spent his youth riding dirt bikes, skating, wakeboarding, and enjoying many other action sports. Prior to his work here at Eleven Western, Shayne managed a team that was responsible for installing robotics systems at Amazon fulfillment centers for six years. Today, he lives in the beautiful city of Encinitas, California and we’re happy to have him here.

Some of his passions include dirt bike riding, surfing, traveling, and participating in just about any action sport he can find. In line with his passion for travel, Shayne actually lived in both Australia and New Zealand for a year each, prior to making his way here to sunny San Diego. A typical day for Shayne is centered around work, but he still finds the time to do the things he loves. He loves the outdoors, especially the beach, and he enjoys taking his dog on adventures. When he has a bit of extra time, every now and then, he welds and builds things.

His favorite food is sushi and when it comes to candy, nothing beats spicy Mexican candy. If you find yourself in conversation with him, keep in mind he has the social awareness to be serious when necessary, but whenever he can find a way to incorporate some humor into an interaction, he most definitely will.
