Terry Kelly 

With more than 35 years in the construction industry, Terry Kelly brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a passion for learning new trades and tackling diverse projects. He began his career in the oil fields, drilling for oil and gas, before transitioning into infrastructure work in the early 1990s, steadily expanding his skills and leadership capabilities over the years.

Now based in Stockton, California, Terry enjoys taking his boat out on the Delta for fishing and relaxation, spending time with his horse, and unwinding with movies and yard work. Known as a true “people person” and a hard worker who loves to keep learning, Terry still looks forward to each morning and giving his best when it’s time to perform. He also has a sweet spot for Ding Dongs and ice cream, which he enjoys almost as much as time outdoors.
