The 99th & McDowell project in Phoenix, AZ, involved the ground-up construction of a Sprouts Farmers Market, multiple retail shop buildings, and significant on-and off-site improvements. Our scope included extensive civil work, such as bridges, medians, sidewalks, street lighting, traffic signals, and utility connections.
