Eleven Western Builders is the general contractor on the Walmart in Wasco.
City Manager J. Paul Paris also shared some good business news for his community on Wednesday. Walmart plans to hire about 325 workers for its new Wasco store. The Walmart off Highway 46 is slated to open in January, Paris said. Construction will be finished within the next few weeks, and he said Walmart should start stocking the store in December.
