Eleven Western Builders is the general contractor on the Walmart in Wasco.

A Walmart will open January 13, 2016 in Wasco.  The Supercenter will have a grand opening event at 7:30 a.m. After that, it’ll be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, according to the Walmart.  The store at 401 N. Central Ave. has a staff of around 300, Walmart said.  “We are excited to bring Walmart to the city of Wasco,” said store manager Derek Durham in a company news release. “We’ve considered everything local residents want and created a true store of the community.”
