Josh Foster

Josh grew up on his grandparents’ ranch in Oregon, where he gained an early work ethic through long days in the lumber mills and driving semi-trucks for his family’s trucking company. Those formative years built the foundation for his career in construction and ultimately led him to California, where he now calls Napa home.

With over a decade of experience as a Superintendent, Josh has overseen a wide range of projects and takes pride in bringing quality and consistency to every job. He describes himself as a hardworking family man, dedicated to his craft and to those around him. Married with two daughters, Josh values the balance of professional leadership and family life.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him riding his Harley, working on his classic C-10, or tracking down the best hamburger in town. He also enjoys spending time at the beach or in the mountains with family, as well as backyard days grilling, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying time with friends.
